Welcome to VaidyaMitra. By accessing or using our website, directory listings, teleconsultation services, or clinic management software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Care

VaidyaMitra is a digital directory and practice management technology platform. It is not an emergency medical service provider. In case of acute medical emergencies, life-threatening conditions, or severe trauma, users must immediately contact national emergency numbers or visit the nearest hospital casualty department.

2. Practitioner Verification & Professional Responsibility

Ayurvedic Vaidyas and clinic owners listing on VaidyaMitra warrant that:

• They possess valid medical qualifications (BAMS, MD, MS Ayurveda) recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
• They maintain active registration with their respective State Medical Council or Central Council.
• They assume full professional liability for diagnosis, treatment recommendations, Panchakarma therapy supervision, and prescription accuracy.

3. Teleconsultation & Booking Guidelines

Online video consultations must adhere to Ministry of Ayush Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. Consultation bookings are subject to practitioner availability. Cancellation and refund policies for missed sessions are governed by individual clinic profiles displayed at checkout.

4. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Clinic subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis. Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences. Subscription cancellations can be requested anytime from the clinic admin dashboard.
